TanzSzene BW in Freiburg

On 28.04.3035 at 15:00, Andrea Gern, Managing Director of TanzSzene BW, will be a guest at the Kammertheater at E-WERK Freiburg and invites interested representatives of the Freiburg dance scene to a discussion.

TanzSzene Baden-Württemberg e. V. is the interest group for dance professionals in the southwest. It unites independent dance scenes with municipal and state dance institutions. Their common goals are to strengthen and increase the visibility of dance in and from Baden-Württemberg. TanzSzene networks regionally, state-wide and nationwide, e.g. in the nationwide alliance of dance offices, specialist agencies and dance networks, in the umbrella organization Tanz Deutschland, in cross-state collaborations and through the website www.tanzszene-bw.de. It organizes nationwide exchange formats, networks with sponsors and performing arts associations and gives dance a voice in the cultural-political dialogue. TanzSzene works in a variety of committees and working groups to improve dance funding at state and national level.

Continuous dialog with dance professionals is a prerequisite for our work for dance. In addition to the nationwide round table format, we would therefore like to engage in a conversation with our colleagues in Freiburg to find out what your current topics and concerns are.
Your input will be incorporated into our work at state and national level.We will answer your questions about the work of TanzSzene and provide an insight into the structures of cooperation between local networks such as TanzNetz Freiburg and TanzSzene BW with institutions at state and national level.We look forward to a lively exchange and would like to thank our colleagues from Tanznetz Freiburg for the invitation!
