Notstrom Festival

"Art instead of cars": For the past four years, E-WERK has been creating a simple festival site for up to 500 spectators in its car parking area for the NOTSTROM FESTIVAL, impressive due to its location and ambience. A multi-perspective art space is created in the car park, which makes it possible to show art and actions in all disciplines and many styles. A temporary beer garden becomes a meeting point and exchange point for visitors, residents and the cultural scene.

Dance artists with performances and pieces that work outside the classic black box, benefited from the opportunity to show their work at the Notstrom Festival. Six pieces were shown as part of the TANZPAKT Stadt-Land-Bund funding.
