Compagnie Onze Chambres
The French-German company ONZE CHAMBRES brings together the two choreographers Claire Pastier (Paris) and Daniel Rakovsky (Freiburg).
In the course of their projects, the two artists explore in particular the possibilities of dialog between the language of dance and the other arts: visual arts, film, performance.
The processing of a very visual aesthetic becomes the framework in which the most intimate aspects of human beings are revealed, their dark sides, their unfulfilled dreams, fantasies and longings.
With its decidedly transnational roots, the company strives to deepen the artistic links between the two banks of the Rhine.
As a bridge between the two cultures, it also aims to bring the audience and the art scenes closer together through Franco-German workshops, among other activities.
